The Pakistan Ordnance Factories Institute of Technology (POFIT) is inviting applications from 150 artisans across Pakistan. Successful candidates will receive competitive salaries and monthly stipends during the training.

Eligibility Criteria for POF Artisan Jobs 2024
Candidates from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), Punjab, Sindh, Azad Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Balochistan must meet the following requirements:
- Domicile: Residents of the above regions
- Gender: Both males and females are eligible
- Qualification:
- Matric (Science) with at least 2nd division
- 10% weightage for FSc (Physics, Maths) or DAE
- Age Limit: 17–21 years
Training Duration
The Artisan Training Scheme lasts 1.5 years (3 semesters).
Stipend Details During Training
- 1st Semester (6 months): 50% of BSP-05 (Rs. 7,615/month)
- 2nd Semester (6 months): 60% of BSP-05 (Rs. 9,138/month)
- 3rd Semester (6 months): 80% of BSP-05 (Rs. 12,184/month)
